1. Sponsor

This promotion is sponsored by Koibito Poke (“Sponsor”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion is ongoing and consists of four (4) quarterly entry periods each calendar year:

  • Q1: January 1 at 12:00 a.m. through March 31 at 11:59 p.m.
  • Q2: April 1 at 12:00 a.m. through June 30 at 11:59 p.m.
  • Q3: July 1 at 12:00 a.m. through September 30 at 11:59 p.m.
  • Q4: October 1 at 12:00 a.m. through December 31 at 11:59 p.m.

All times are based on Sponsor’s designated time zone.

Eligible entries received during a quarterly entry period will be included only in that quarter’s drawing and will not roll over.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, affiliates, franchisees, and immediate family members of Koibito Poke are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter:

A. Website Entry

Visit the official Koibito Poke giveaway page and complete the entry form during the applicable quarterly entry period.

B. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without using the website form, mail a handwritten entry on a plain 3″ x 5″ card with your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and the words “Free Poke for a Year Giveaway” to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the applicable quarterly entry period and received within seven (7) days after the end of that period.

Limit one (1) entry per person per quarterly entry period, regardless of method. Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

Entry is not conditioned on consent to receive marketing communications.

5. Prize

Each quarterly winner will receive one (1) medium poke bowl per month for twelve (12) consecutive months.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $216.00
(Estimated at $18.00 per bowl; actual value may vary by location.)

6. Prize Conditions

  • One (1) redemption per month
  • Twelve (12) total redemptions
  • Unused redemptions do not roll over
  • Valid for one (1) medium poke bowl only
  • Add-ons, extras, premium toppings, taxes, fees, and upgrades are not included
  • Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value
  • Cannot be combined with other offers

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Sponsor reserves the right to limit, suspend, or revoke redemption if misuse, abuse, or fraud is suspected.

7. Winner Selection & Odds

One (1) winner will be selected at random at the end of each quarterly entry period.

All eligible entries, regardless of entry method or location, will be combined into a single nationwide pool.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable period.

8. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be contacted using the information provided.

If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Sponsor may require identity and eligibility verification before awarding the prize.

9. Redemption

Redemption is intended to occur through the Koibito Poke loyalty app or another method designated by Sponsor.

If a winner cannot or chooses not to use the loyalty app, Sponsor may provide an alternative method such as a digital code, account credit, or other reasonable substitute.

10. Franchise Participation / Alternative Redemption

Koibito Poke locations are independently owned and operated. Participation may vary.

If a winner does not have access to a participating location within a reasonable distance, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion:

  • Designate a participating location
  • Provide an alternate redemption method
  • Substitute a prize of equal or greater value

Sponsor reserves the right to designate participating locations.

11. Taxes

Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law.

12. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and location for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

14. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion at any time.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or attempts to interfere with the promotion.

All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding.

15. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, franchisees, and partners from any claims arising from participation or prize use.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost entries, or system failures.

16. Force Majeure

Sponsor is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, supply chain disruptions, system failures, or labor shortages.

17. Governing Law

This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

18. Winner List

To request the name of a winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
