1. Sponsor

This promotion is sponsored by Koibito Poke – Edwardsville, located at:

2. Promotion Period

The giveaway begins upon launch and ends on June 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time.

One (1) winner will be selected on or about June 30, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees of Koibito Poke, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter:

A. Website Entry

Complete the official giveaway entry form during the promotion period.

B. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without using the website, mail a handwritten 3″ x 5″ card including your:

Full name
Mailing address
Email address
Phone number
The words “Edwardsville Free Poke for a Year Giveaway”

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 30, 2026, and received within seven (7) days.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

Entry is not conditioned on consent to receive marketing communications.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) medium poke bowl per month for twelve (12) consecutive months at Koibito Poke Edwardsville.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $216.00

6. Prize Conditions
Valid only at Koibito Poke Edwardsville
One (1) medium poke bowl per month for twelve (12) months
One (1) redemption per calendar month
Unused monthly redemptions expire and do not roll over
Valid for one medium poke bowl only
Add-ons, premium toppings, extras, beverages, taxes, and gratuities are not included
Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable
Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Winner Selection & Odds

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the information provided during entry.

If the selected winner cannot be reached, does not respond within seven (7) days, or is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

Sponsor may require proof of identity and eligibility before awarding the prize.

9. Redemption

Prize redemption will occur through the Koibito Poke loyalty app or another method designated by Sponsor.

If the winner is unable or chooses not to use the loyalty app, Sponsor may provide an alternative redemption method.

10. Taxes

Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, likeness, and photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

12. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used to administer the promotion and in accordance with Koibito Poke’s Privacy Policy.

13. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules.

All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding.

14. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising out of participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.

15. Governing Law

This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
